Now thru April 4- Arbor Day Photo Contest sponsored by the Idaho Forest Products Commission. This contest is for Idaho 5th – 12th grade students with the theme “Look to the Forest.” Students are asked to show in their photograph what they see when the “Look to the Forest”. Students may enter up to two images which much be submitted electronically by April 4. Entries will be judged by three grade categories; 5-6, 7-8 and 9-12. A $50 cash prize will be awarded to each category winner along with a tree provided by the Idaho Nursery & Landscape Association to plant at their school or public area. One GRAND PRIZE winner will receive a digital camera worth $150 AND will be honored at the state Arbor Day Celebration at the Idaho Capitol on Friday, April 29, 2011.
